Radio interview

Diego Velázquez was one of Spain’s greatest painters. He is especially famous for his portraits (pictures of people).
Velázquez was born in 1599 in Seville, a city in southern Spain. At the age of about 12 he went to work as an apprentice, or helper, in an artist’s studio.
Who was Diego Velázquez?
At first Velázquez painted scenes of everyday life. But in 1623 he became court painter to King Philip IV of Spain. A court painter’s job was to make paintings of the royal family and the high officials and nobles of the kingdom. As court painter Velázquez lived in Madrid, the capital of Spain.
Velázquez painted some of his greatest works, including the large group portrait called Las Meninas (The Maids of Honor). He died on August 6, 1660.

Velázquez challenge
Velázquez wants us to make a radio program, in order to investigate the school and share information about teachers. Who knows!!! We might find who the minester is!!!
We have to follow the next steps:
-
Create a introduction ( welcome, introduce sections, yourselft, etc)
-
Think the questions you are going to ask.
Remember to ask questions with comon sense, for example, you can ask Colm about school functioning or you can ask a teacher about their hobbies, etc.
IMPORTANT: YOU CAN'T ASK DIRECTLY IF HE OR SHE IS THE MINISTER, BUT YOU CAN ASK SOMETHING TO GUESS IT. THE MINISTER WILL NEVER TELL YOU THAT HE OR SHE IS THE MINISTER.

HEY!!! TRY TO CONCEAL YOUR QUESTIONS, IF THEY KNOW WE ARE TRYING TO KNOW WHO THE MINISTER IS, WE CAN GET EXPELED
